Everyone loves delicious food it makes our heart to eat again & again we see lots of delicious food on television and some food restaurants, But how do we make our own delicious recipes, it is very easy to make delicious food if we have better ingredients, if have good recipe we will get your family to feel happy at Iftar,so today i thought to share my Delicious Mango Custard recipe which I make for my family every day in summers seasons, so today Ramadan 2018 started in the month of summer everyone loves a good & Delicious food at Iftar.

Mango custard recipe for Ramadan 2018

Cool-cool Desert made from ripe mangoes, vanilla custard, and cream- Mango Custard.

Mango custard Necessary ingredients

Rice mango – 2 (600 g)

Milk – ½ liter

Fresh Cream – 1 Cup (200gm)

Vanilla custard powder – 2 tablespoons (20 grams)

Sugar – ½ cup (100 grams)

Grapes – ½ cup

Pomegranate – ½ cup

Cashews – ¼ cup (finely chopped)

Almond – 8-10

Pistachios – 15-20

 

Methods

Add 3 to 4 tablespoon milk in 2 tablespoon custard powder and stir well till the end of the kernels.

 

Sprinkle the common peels. For a few common garnishing, cut into small pieces and make the paste with the remaining mango from the sugar.

 

Cut the grapes and cashew nuts

Keep boiling milk. When the milk is boiled, slow the gas and put the custard and milk solution and cook it continuously for 6 to 7 minutes. Then, keep it cool. To whip the cream, add ice to a bowl, put the cream in the second bowl on it and starting with slow speed from the hand blender, for 2 to 2 minutes, for a total of 6 minutes

 

Whip cream.

 

Add mango-sugar paste in whipped cream and mix it again. Mix well with the blender.

 

Put the custard in the bowl and add mango pieces, grapes, pomegranate, cashew nuts, almonds and pistachios from above. Put the custard in the freezer for 1 hour and cool down.

Suggestions can be taken for custard without any fibers or low fibers, such as Safeda, Dusher, Alphonzo. You can use any fruit available at your home for garnishing. Cream can also be a hand blender or even a math with hands.
